It’s always been our company policy to ensure that we manage every single one of our builds, ourselves. Our in-house team takes care of every aspect of a building project, from initial site inspection and architectural designs and planning, to procuring high quality construction materials, and putting the final finishing touches on a brand new home.

Our fully integrated approach is geared entirely towards sustainable design and build practices, which includes heat pumps, solar panels, filtration systems and ‘passive superstructure’ construction techniques.
